As a plastics specialist, we manufacture tubes, profiles and machined parts from PMMA and PC. For us as a medium-sized company, solution orientation, flexibility, quality and adherence to deadlines are enormously important. This is the only way to achieve our very high levels of customer satisfaction.
Since our foundation in 2001, we have been manufacturing at our headquarters in Werl and supplying customers all over the world. As a specialist for optically sophisticated semi-finished products made of translucent plastics, we are experts in the most diverse and challenging areas of application. Through innovative developments and state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, we offer our customers the highest possible quality.
In 2021 we joined the Italian Minadek Group. This merger has enabled us to offer you an even larger product portfolio in the area of tubes and profiles. The management and all contact persons with us remain the same.
As ATHEX we are part of the society and therefore see it as a matter of course to take responsibility beyond our own company and to encourage but also demand necessary change processes.
Our compliance culture is defined by a binding adherence to applicable laws as well as a fair partnership with all customers, suppliers, employees and other interested parties of the company. The standards and rules set out in our Compliance Policy are therefore not only binding for our employees, we also expect compliance from all business partners and institutions that have a relationship with our company. Among other things, we advocate fair competition, respect for human rights and a comprehensive ban on discrimination.
We are a founding member of the association Wirtschaft für Werl. This association is made up of local companies that feel a connection to the city of Werl. Since it was founded in 2009, we have already donated over half a million euros to provide targeted support to all schools and kindergartens in the city of Werl to promote language skills, which are often lacking. It is not only children from a migrant background, but also many German-speaking children for whom this project opens up the possibility of a new understanding of learning.
