In addition to tool design and the extrusion of plastic profiles, our range of services also includes the assembly of semi-finished profiles ready for installation.
In the development phase of your profile, we can advise you individually on the geometry and material of your profile according to your specific area of application. Based on your finished part drawing, our experts design and manufacture the right tool for your profile. As part of the sampling process, we adjust the blend of materials to suit your requirements.
We also advise you on materials to achieve lighting effects. Avoid visible LED spots with our special LED material. Do you want additional properties such as impact resistance, UV resistance, fire protection or heat resistance for your profile? This is no problem for our special materials.
